Job Summary

As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations to ensure projects are executed safely, on schedule, and in line with design and quality standards. You will coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project teams, monitor workmanship and material usage, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. By providing hands-on supervision, resolving on-site challenges, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of interior design and fit-out projects from start to completion.

Key Responsibilities

· Managing construction personnel (subcontractors) effectively and delegating tasks to meet deadlines.

· Identifying critical tasks and prioritize them accordingly and to focus on activities that directly impact the project timeline and overall progress.

· Organize work schedules, and ensure that resources (construction materials, equipment, manpower) are allocated efficiently at construction sites to support task completion according to schedule.

· Identifying potential safety hazards on a construction site to ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel, includes physical inspections of the site, equipment, materials, and processes.

· Ensure all personnel comply with health and safety practices, such as wearing the appropriate personal protective equipment.

· Maintain detailed documentation records of progress reports (e.g. daily manpower, manhours, etc), meeting minutes, safety training, inspections, incidents, and corrective actions taken.

· Assisting Project Managers in planning work activities.

· Attend site meetings with stakeholders to discuss project progress, challenges, and solutions.

· Undertake any ad-hoc assignments from Project Director & Country Manager.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field (or equivalent site experience).

· Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience supervising interior fit-out or construction projects, preferably in commercial and corporate office environments.

· Proven ability to oversee on-site activities, including subcontractor management, site coordination, and ensuring quality workmanship.

· Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations (OSHA/local requirements).

· Hands-on experience with project delivery, from site preparation to completion, ensuring timelines and specifications are met.

· Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, layouts, and specifications.

· Effective communication and leadership skills to coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

· Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, or travel to different project sites when required.

· Excellent time management, with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple project deadlines.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
