We need someone who loves coffee and loves to be surrounded by coffee culture and can manage the coffee counter, stock take and inventory. We need someone who is efficient and importantly calm and that can handle peak hours and impatience with a smile. Preferably someone with barista coffee experience, a latte art skill or two wouldn't hurt either.
Minimum Requirements
- Education:
- SPM or Diploma in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, Business, or related fields
- Barista certification is a plus
- Experience:
- At least 1–2 years in a café or F&B setting
- Prior supervisory or team lead experience preferred
- Hands-on barista skills highly valued
- Language Skills:
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Reporting & Admin Duties
- Prepares daily sales reports and shift summaries
- Updates outlet manager on staff performance and operational needs
- Handles minor maintenance issues or reports to higher-ups if needed
Plus Skills
Stock & Inventory Control
- Tracks daily usage of beans, milk, pastries, etc.
- Assists in ordering supplies and managing wastage
- Maintains clear records of stock in/out and expiry dates

- Calm under pressure (especially during peak hours)
- Punctual, reliable, and hands-on
- Takes initiative and problem-solves without waiting for instruction
- Flexible with weekends and public holidays

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
