Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Advisory & Client Management
- Provide professional financial planning and risk management solutions.
- Conduct financial needs analysis for individuals and business owners.
- Recommend suitable insurance, takaful, investment, retirement, and legacy planning solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Deliver excellent after-sales service and policy reviews.
Business Development
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and social media.
- Develop and execute personal business growth strategies.
- Organize and participate in marketing campaigns, seminars, and roadshows.
- Build a strong personal brand in the financial services industry.
Leadership & Team Management
- Recruit, train, and develop new financial consultants.
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve business targets.
- Conduct coaching, mentoring, and performance review sessions.
- Develop future leaders within the organization.
Requirements
Age 20 – 50 years old
Diploma or Degree
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Leadership and team management experience preferred
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset, and goal-oriented
Malaysian citizen
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
