Responsibilities:
- Acting as the administrative point of contact between the executives and internal/external parties
- Update internal databases & records
- Handle administration tasks assigned by the supervisor
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Provide administration support to maintain employee and general files
- Responsible for preparing and maintaining any documents pertaining to government requests such as labor department, immigration, embassies, etc., and providing the information required.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess or currently pursuing final semester in a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Required language(s): Mandarin
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and work under tight timelines.
- Willing to work in Putrajaya (On-site)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
