Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support & Coordination
- Provide daily administrative support to operations and management teams
- Handle documentation, filing, and data entry accurately
- Assist in preparing letters, reports, and internal documents
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (email, WhatsApp, calls)
- Helping during tendering process, assisting administrative manager.
Records & Documentation Management
- Maintain organised records for contracts, forms, and office documents
- Ensure proper filing and document control practices
- Assist in updating internal databases and administrative records
Office Operations Support
- Coordinate basic office arrangements, schedules, and meetings
- Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
