*Job Description*
We are seeking a responsible and experienced Admin Executive to support our daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Handle daily administrative and clerical duties.
* Prepare, organize, and maintain company documents and records.
* Perform data entry and ensure information is updated accurately.
* Coordinate with internal departments and branch personnel.
* Assist in preparing reports, correspondence, and other administrative documents.
* Manage filing systems and ensure proper record keeping.
* Handle general office administration and support management as required.
* Perform any other duties assigned by the Management.
*Job Requirements*
* Minimum 2 years of relevant administrative working experience.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
* Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Possess own transportation and a valid driving license.
* Willing to travel between branches and handle work-related errands when required.
* Experience in retail administration will be an added advantage.
