Sales Admin & Inventory

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery orders, and purchase orders
• Key in sales and inventory data into the company system
• Manage stock records and inventory movements
• Monitor stock levels and assist with stock replenishment
• Attend to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-in customers
• Coordinate deliveries and customer orders
• Maintain proper filing and documentation
• Assist with general administrative duties

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
