Conduct pre-commissioning walkthroughs and Punch-List generation to identify construction or installation defects prior towet testing.
Lead field testing activities, including loopchecks, instrument calibration verification, pump alignment/rotation checks,and valve operational tests.
Oversee the initial loading of process media,resin beds (cation/anion/mixed beds), RO membranes, etc.
Collaborate with PLC/automation engineers to perform input/output (I/O) verification, interlock testing, and functional sequence tuning.
Start up and optimize the different water treatment system like DI, UPW, WWTP, Recycling plant, chemical dosing systemetc.
Monitor, measure, and record critical process parameters such as flow rates, trans-membrane pressures (TMP), differential pressures, pH, conductivity, and TOC, etc.
Troubleshoot process upsets, hydraulic bottlenecks, or equipment failures during the startup phase.
Compile complete commissioning data books, including signed-off test sheets, calibration certificates, and rawwater/product water quality analytical reports.
Conduct hands-on technical training sessions for the client’s operations and maintenance (O&M) teams.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Chemical/ Environmental/ Mechanical Engineering related discipline.
