Job Description

• Supervise production staff to meet production schedules.
• Daily workforce management in the production line.
• Ensure compliance with company policies such as enforcing health and safety regulations.
• Maintain production records, shift reports, and logs.
• Coordinating with other departments such as quality control, engineering, and inventory management to optimize production.
• Monitoring product quality and ensuring compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
• Addressing production issues promptly to minimize delays and maintain operational continuity.

Requirements Qualification & Skills

• Diploma and above in any field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Manufacturing Operation.
• Must have ability to lead production team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
