Job Summary

The T&C (Testing & Commissioning) Engineer will lead testing and commissioning activities for large-scale industrial and solid waste management projects, ensuring operational readiness and compliance with project specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute testing and commissioning activities for large-scale solid waste management projects including Waste to Energy (WTE), sludge incineration, materials recovery, and food waste treatment facilities
• Apply engineering expertise to operate and validate systems in industrial/process/utilities projects such as waste, water, oil & gas, and power sectors
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure testing and commissioning meet technical and safety standards
• Manage schedules and resources to complete testing and commissioning within project timelines
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during commissioning to ensure system functionality and reliability

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold an EICA certification
• Possess at least 5 years of hands-on experience in testing and commissioning of large-scale solid waste management or industrial/process/utilities projects
• Have a relevant engineering degree or certification

Other Information

• Location: Tuas
• Working Days: 5.5 days per week (Mon to Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm; Sat: 8.30am to 12.30pm, alternate Saturdays)
• Contract Duration: 2 years
• Salary: $10,000 per month
• Benefits: 2 months gratuity upon completion of 2 years
• Availability: Able to commence ASAP
