Job Description

IT Support, End User

• Setup and Formatting of PC
• Troubleshooting of Windows and Ubuntu PC
• Remote Assistance
• Manage Incident Ticketing System
• Setting up work desk like Monitor and docking system
• Contacting vendor for technical support such as HP or Dell
• Asset Management (Inventory and Secure Disposal)
• Refurbished old PCs and IT equipment for reuse and sustainability.
• Managing PC health (patches and updates)
• IT Support for Programs and Event
• Support of Video Conference system (e.g MTR)
• Supporting mobile devices (e.g. iPhones, iPad)
• Event Support
• Use of AI for daily work (e.g. creating scripts, finding solution for troubleshooting etc)
