About Our Client

Job Description

• Act as the primary technical owner throughout pre-bidding, bidding, and solution implementation phases.
• Engage clients to understand requirements, share market insights, and propose tailored data center solutions.
• Present and articulate technical proposals, supporting commercial discussions and negotiations.
• Design comprehensive data center facility solutions, including electrical, HVAC, fire protection, and civil works.
• Perform load calculations, define technical routes, develop system designs, budgets, and detailed drawings.
• Collaborate with subcontractors to define scope of work and guide the development of shop drawings.
• Identify technical risks and conduct cost analysis for construction and manpower planning.
• Ensure compliance with key industry standards such as TIA942, BICSI, IEC61439, IEEE493, and BS 7671.
• Evaluate and select critical equipment including generators, transformers, UPS systems, ATS/STS, PDUs, and cabling infrastructure.
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical, Automation Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data center integration or turnkey solutions.
• Strong understanding of bidding processes, design standards, and system integration including Tier Certification requirements.
• Experience in large-scale data center projects (>1MW) is highly advantageous.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Project.
• Relevant certifications such as ATD (Uptime Institute) or CDCP (EXIN EPI) are preferred.
• Self-driven, adaptable, and able to work effectively under pressure.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
