Assist key customers in setting up development environments, compiling and porting software to the ARM platform, and driving the adoption of AI frameworks among partners while resolving related technical challenges
Analyse performance bottlenecks in customer applications, lead optimisation efforts, and guide customers through performance testing processes
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across customer software, supercomputing platforms, and AI model deployments to maintain smooth and uninterrupted business operations
Conduct product and technology training sessions to help partners effectively understand and utilise ARM-based CPU/NPU technologies
Work closely with partners to co-design, build, port, and adapt both general and intelligent computing solutions
What We're Looking For
Practical experience in cloud and computing, with involvement in project design, planning, execution, delivery, or day-to-day operations
Proficiency in one or more programming languages including C, C++, Fortran, Java, Python, or .NET, backed by strong programming fundamentals and good coding habits
Solid working knowledge of Linux, with hands-on experience in software development and debugging within Linux environments
A foundational understanding of AI concepts such as deep learning, machine learning, computer vision, and NLP; practical experience with frameworks like PyTorch, MindSpore, or PaddlePaddle, including model training, tuning, and inference deployment, is an added advantage
Strong logical and analytical thinking, a proactive and accountable mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team
