• Managing the front desk reception area.
• Responsible all incoming and outgoing telephone calls
• To sort and distribute incoming mails and faxes.
• To arrange and record all incoming and outgoing mails/couriers/dispatch.
• To assist in general administrative matters and documentation filing.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management
