Role Description This is a full-time, partial on-site Business Development role based in Singapore, with opportunities to travel.

The Business Development professional will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with stake holders, and support the onboarding of new partners to the Blooms platform.

The role includes conducting market research to understand customer needs and competitor offerings, generating leads through outreach and networking, and supporting negotiations to grow the partner ecosystem.

Individuals having started a business before, regardless of outcomes, are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data and market trends.
• Candidates should have experience in business development, sales, or account management.
• A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial; equivalent experience is also valued.
