Hiring: Logistics Executive (Import)



We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Logistics Executive to join our team in the Import Department.



Location: Taman Teknologi Senai, Johor

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM



Key Requirements:

Strong knowledge of import logistics and shipping procedures

Familiar with all Incoterms and international trade regulations

Experience handling import documentation, customs clearance, and coordination with freight forwarders

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Able to work independently and manage multiple shipments efficiently



Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end import shipment processes

• Ensure compliance with customs and regulatory requirements

• Coordinate with suppliers, shipping lines, forwarding agents, and internal stakeholders

• Monitor shipment status and resolve logistics issues promptly

• Maintain accurate shipping and import documentation
