At AZEO, we help organisations develop their people, leaders, and teams through training, consulting, and talent development solutions. We are looking for an Operations Admin Assistant who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and enjoys supporting programme delivery and client success.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work, coordination, and working with different stakeholders while gaining exposure to the training, consulting, and corporate learning industry.
What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinate training programmes, workshops, and consulting projects
- Prepare programme documentation, attendance records, certificates, and training materials
- Support participant registration and programme scheduling
- Coordinate with clients, trainers, vendors, and internal teams
- Arrange training logistics such as venues, materials, and participant communications
- Assist with HRD Corp grant documentation and administrative processes
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and programme information
- Support e-learning administration and participant enrolment activities
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Operations Team
- Assist in improving operational processes and service quality
What We're Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, Education, or related fields
- Candidates with 1–2 years of administration and operations in training industry
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable communicating with clients and stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
