Job Description:

Project: We are seeking a new talent to join the User Experience Design team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the project.

Responsibilities:

• As a User Experience Designer, you will be responsible for analyzing the needs of the target users and how they perform tasks to create an optimized user experience.
• You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
• You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
• Additionally, you are expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Expert proficiency in User Interface (UI) Design is required.
• Expert proficiency in Customer Experience Design is recommended.
• Expert proficiency in User Interface (UI) Process Flow Design, Usability Design, User Interface Usability Test & Tools, and master proficiency in User Research are suggested.
• Conduct user research to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize user interactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive user experience.
• Test and iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in user experience design.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
