Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Junior RPA Developer with UiPath experience to join our automation team. The candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining RPA solutions to improve business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand process requirements.
• Develop and maintain automation workflows following RPA best practices and standards.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and optimization of RPA bots.
• Provide support for production issues and ensure the smooth operation of deployed automations.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, process documentation, and user guides.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in RPA development.
• Hands-on experience with UiPath Studio (mandatory).
• Basic understanding of RPA concepts, workflow design, and automation lifecycle.
• Familiarity with programming or scripting languages such as VB.NET, C#, or Python is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• UiPath certification (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Associate) is an advantage.
• Experience with:
• UiPath Orchestrator
• REFramework
• Excel, Web, or SAP automation
• Exposure to process analysis and collaboration with business stakeholders.
