Role Overview:

The Analyst, Growth Analytics & Insights supports the Growth team by providing data analysis, performance reporting, and actionable insights to drive customer growth and business performance. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to monitor key metrics, evaluate growth initiatives, and support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate is analytical, curious, detail-oriented, and eager to leverage AI and analytics tools to improve business outcomes.

What You'll Do:

Growth Insights & Performance Monitoring

• Support tracking and reporting of key growth, engagement, retention, and monetisation metrics.
• Prepare dashboards to monitor growth initiatives and business performance.
• Conduct analyses to identify customer trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Support ad-hoc analyses and business investigations to address stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal Growth team to understand business objectives and provide relevant data-driven insights.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to support business decision-making.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reports and analytical outputs.

Growth Strategy & Experimentation

• Support the execution and measurement of growth initiatives across the customer lifecycle, including acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
• Assist in campaign performance analysis and A/B testing to evaluate initiative effectiveness.
• Monitor initiative performance and identify areas for optimization.
• Support business case preparation and opportunity sizing for growth initiatives.
• Contribute insights and recommendations to improve customer and business outcomes.

AI-Enabled Analytics & Automation

• Utilize AI and Generative AI tools to improve efficiency in data analysis, reporting, and research.
• Apply AI-assisted techniques to summarize findings, identify trends, and generate business insights.
• Support the development and maintenance of automated dashboards and reporting processes.
• Explore practical AI applications that enhance analytics productivity and business decision-making.

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
• 1 year of experience in analytics, business intelligence, consulting, strategy, or related fields.
• Experience in fintech, e-wallets, digital platforms, telecommunications, or e-commerce industries is an advantage.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of experimentation methodologies, statistical concepts, and performance measurement frameworks.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar platforms.
• Basic understanding of prompt engineering, AI-assisted analytics, workflow automation, and AI productivity tools.
• Highly analytical, inquisitive, and data-driven.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
• Strong ownership and accountability in delivering outcomes.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about innovation, AI, continuous improvement, and leveraging data to drive business growth.
