About the Role

We’re looking for an ICT Executive / ICT Support Technician who is passionate about IT support and infrastructure work.

The role is based in Penjuru (West) with periodic deployment to customer sites.

Job Scope

• PaperCut deployment and troubleshooting

• Provide PaperCut user training (on‑site), and remote support via phone and TeamViewer

• Manage IT infrastructure–related projects and services

• Maintain and proactively improve the company’s IT infrastructure including PCs, servers, network devices, printers, photocopiers, IP‑PBX, CCTV, etc.

• Manage, administer, and support network infrastructure including firewall/VPN and network change requests

• Procure and maintain inventory of all necessary hardware

• Act as escalation point for IT operations matters involving systems, CCTV, network, and voice services

• Manage network capacity and email administration such as user ID and email creation/maintenance

• Ensure stable operation of in‑house computer systems and network connections

• Support ICT infrastructure (network, servers, backup, desktop)

• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure health and performance

• Perform any other related IT technical support work

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Infocomm, Internetworking, or related disciplines

• At least 2 years’ experience in network & internet services, computer/device troubleshooting, and information systems
  

  (Fresh grads with strong fundamentals and passion will still be considered)

• Hands‑on experience in configuring & troubleshooting routers, switches, and FortiGate firewalls

• Linux, Mac, and Windows admin skills

• Good knowledge in virtualization (KVM, Hyper‑V, VMware)

• Admin experience with Office365, LDAP, Active Directory, Azure AD

• Experience with open‑source monitoring tools like Wireshark

• Excellent troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and analytical skills

• Good attitude, willingness to learn, patient, and meticulous

• PaperCut experience is an advantage (Training will be provided)

• Class 2B or Class 3 (Manual) licence is an advantage

Working Hours & Other Info

• Monday – Friday, 8:30am–6:00pm

• Based in Penjuru (West)

• Travel to customer sites when required

• Occasional weekend work depending on project needs

Salary Range (SGD)

$3,000 – $3,500
(Compensation commensurate with experience)
