Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Engineering Services
• Position Title: Electrical Engineer
• Working Location: Kallang
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri: 8.45am – 5.45pm)
• Salary Package: Basic $4,000 – $6,800 + AWS + VB
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electrical engineering design, shop drawings, and technical documents.
• Oversee and coordinate site installation, cabling, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
• Ensure work follows project specifications, standards, and statutory regulations.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and other engineering teams to resolve site and technical issues.
• Review and approve material submissions, method statements, and equipment specifications.
• Monitor project progress, work quality, and safety for electrical works.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and site staff.
• Prepare reports, as-built documents, and handover documents.

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 6 to 8 years of electrical engineering experience in large-scale building or industrial projects.
• Good knowledge of LV/MV electrical system design, installation, and commissioning.
• Familiar with BMS integration and coordination with other M&E systems.
• Good understanding of Singapore codes, standards, and authority submission requirements.
• Proficient in electrical design software, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
• Good leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Able to work on-site at Tuas and manage multiple priorities.
