Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Promotion:
- Promote and sell assigned medical devices/products to hospitals, surgeons, and healthcare professionals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through account development and new customer acquisition.
- Conduct product presentations, workshops, and in-service training.
Operating Theater Case Support:
- Attend surgical procedures to provide technical support to surgeons and operating room staff.
- Ensure proper use of medical devices and troubleshoot any issues during live procedures.
- Act as a product expert and clinical resource in the OT.
Account Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, nurses, procurement, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Gather feedback and insights from the field to support product development and marketing strategy.
Administrative & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and case reports.
- Submit timely reports on sales performance and market trends.
Qualifications:
- Background in physiotherapy or related healthcare field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in healthcare or medical sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
