Testing / Electrical Technician at MNC Company

Company Overview: A well-established multinational company specializing in advanced manufacturing equipment and technology solutions, serving global industries such as electronics, semiconductor, and automation.

Salary Package:

• Basic Salary: RM2000 - RM2,500 (based on experience)
• Allowances: Up to RM200/Month (Transport & Shift Allowance - AM & PM Shift)
• Completion Incentive: 0.5 month/6 Months.

Location: Kawasan Perindustrian, Pasir Gudang, Johor

Working Hours (Rotating Shift)

AM Shift: Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

PM Shift: Monday – Thursday: 10:30 PM – 7:30 AM, Friday: 11:30 PM – 7:30 AM

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components
• Follow wiring diagrams, schematics, and work instructions
• Conduct functional testing on assembled systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or system issues
• Ensure product quality meets specifications and standards
• Maintain proper documentation for assembly and testing processes
• Support engineers and production teams during assembly and testing
• Maintain clean and organized workspace (7S practices)
• Assist in installation, troubleshooting, and process improvement activities

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical or related field
• Experience in assembly / manufacturing / technician role preferred
• Able to read wiring diagrams and assembly instructions
• Basic troubleshooting skills required
• Knowledge in electrical/electronic and pneumatic systems preferred
• Willing to work in cleanroom environment
• Open to rotating shifts

Contract Position (subject to renewal and convertible to permanent)
