岗位职责

Create and maintain electrical circuit diagrams and schematics for new equipment, ensuring reliable performance, safety, and compliance with engineering standards.
Identify, assess, and test electrical and electronic components to ensure optimal functionality, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Develop and implement standardized wiring layouts and electrical assembly practices to improve consistency, efficiency, and maintainability across production equipment.
Review existing electrical circuits and control systems, recommending enhancements to improve equipment performance, reliability, and safety.
Prepare and maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOM) for electrical hardware, ensuring proper component specification and traceability.
Diagnose and resolve electrical and control system issues during equipment assembly, testing, commissioning, and operation.
Manage electrical drawings, schematics, technical specifications, and engineering documentation to ensure accuracy and version control.
Work closely with engineering, production, and service teams to support equipment development, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform ad-hoc engineering assignments and technical support activities as required to meet project and business objectives.
