岗位职责
4 Months | $12/hour | Fast-paced Ops & Admin Role
Looking for a hands-on admin role where no two days feel the same? Join a dynamic operations support team supporting procurement, inventory, IT setup, and day-to-day admin coordination!
What you’ll do
Manage procurement: raise POs, liaise with vendors, track deliveries & invoices
Keep inventory in check: monitor stock levels, update systems, ensure PAR levels are met
Support operations: CAPEX/OPEX processing, equipment servicing, disposal & logistics
Handle admin coordination: access requests, lockers, onboarding support, meeting logistics
Assist IT setups: PCs, printers, system access & basic troubleshooting coordination
Support ad-hoc projects like consumables tracking, loan items, and departmental activities
What we’re looking for
Diploma (Business / Logistics / IT / Biomedical or related fields)
Comfortable with systems, data entry & admin processes
Organised, responsive, and able to multitask in a busy environment
A proactive attitude willing to jump in and get things done
