Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with over 10 years of proven expertise in leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects in a fully remote environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of driving projects from initiation through completion while ensuring alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and resource allocation
• Manage distributed teams across multiple time zones
• Ensure timely delivery within scope and budget
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Facilitate clear communication among stakeholders, clients, and team members
• Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and project execution
• Prepare and present project status reports to leadership

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project management
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects successfully
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience working in fully remote or distributed team environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project, Trello)
• Working knowledge of SAP FICO,MM,PP,PM,QM,EWM,CO,BTP
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification
• Experience in [industry-specific domain, e.g., IT, SaaS, Healthcare, etc.]
• Exposure to global teams and clients
