Develop, maintain, and optimize infrastructure automation scripts using Puppet DSL.

• Cloud Integration

Design and implement automation solutions across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud environments.

• Server Administration

Manage Windows and Linux servers, including troubleshooting and performance optimization.

• Scripting & Automation

Use PowerShell, PowerCLI, and Shell scripting for automation tasks and operational efficiency.

• Identity & Access Management

Design and manage Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) and access control policies.

• ServiceNow Integration

Develop and integrate ServiceNow modules, workflows, and APIs with enterprise systems.

• Configuration Management

Create and maintain workflows, business rules, and UI policies for automation systems.

• Troubleshooting & Support

Resolve infrastructure and automation-related issues in production environments.
