Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Python Developer to join our backend engineering team. You will contribute to the development and maintenance of backend services, APIs, and databases in a collaborative and agile environment. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance backend services and RESTful APIs using Python.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data access, transformation, and reporting.
• Work closely with frontend developers, QA engineers, and product managers to deliver features.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in existing backend applications.
• Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to improving code quality and best practices.
• Assist in designing and updating relational database schemas.
• Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of hands-on experience in Python backend development.
• Experience with DevOps tools, especially Ansible.
• Strong understanding of SQL and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Basic understanding of RESTful services and microservices architecture.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
