Roles & Responsibilities

We're looking for an experienced AI Engineer to join our AI and Data Department, driving the development, deployment, and governance of cutting-edge AI, ML, and Generative AI (GenAI) solutions. In this role, you'll work closely with business and technology teams to design scalable, secure, and intelligent systems that accelerate digital transformation and enterprise AI adoption.

What You'll Do:

• Design and implement AI/ML and GenAI applications tailored to real-world business needs.
• Identify new AI opportunities and lead advisory discussions on emerging technologies.
• Work with cross-functional teams to design workflows, build prototypes, conduct testing, and deploy solutions.
• Lead chatbot and process automation initiatives using Microsoft OpenAI, AI Search, and Power Platform.
• Benchmark and evaluate models such as GPT, Claude, and Llama to ensure optimal business fit.
• Implement and enforce data protection, AI governance, and ethical AI standards.
• Provide ongoing support, monitoring, and optimization of deployed AI solutions.

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in AI, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
• Certifications in Azure, AI, or Data Science preferred.
• Strong background in Azure AI stack, including MS OpenAI, AI Search, Form Recognizer, ADLS, and Cosmos DB.
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Large Language Models (LLMs) like GPT, Claude, or Llama.
• Proficiency in agentic AI, MLOps/DataOps, and API development (TypeScript, React, Spring Boot).
• Solid understanding of VectorDB, NoSQL, and RDBMS design principles.
• Excellent data analysis and statistical modeling skills.
• Knowledge of AI governance, compliance, and ethical AI frameworks.
