Job Summary
Coordinate construction projects by planning resources, executing work according to detailed programmes and drawings, and engaging stakeholders to ensure quality and safety standards are met on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment to achieve project completion targets efficiently
- Identify potential project obstacles and come up with solutions proactively; escalate critical issues with proposed solutions for management decisions
- Execute construction projects by following detailed work programmes and construction drawings while maintaining strict quality and safety standards
- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to coordinate site activities and resolve issues promptly
- Adapt to dynamic project needs by performing additional duties as assigned to support project success
Required competencies and qualifications
- Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering from a University recognised by the Professional Engineers Board Singapore (PEB)
- Demonstrate initiative and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Proficiently use Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to support project documentation and reporting
- 2-3 years of relevant working experience in civil and structural engineering projects
- Applicants with good experience will be considered for the Senior post
- Open to interested fresh graduates with a willingness to learn and receive guidance
