1. Floral Design & Craftsmanship

• Garland Creation: Assemble traditional and modern custom garlands using flowers, leaves, and other decorative materials.
• Quality Control: Ensure all flowers and foliage are fresh, clean, and meticulously arranged to the correct density and aesthetic.
• Cultural or Event Specificity: Tailor designs to fit specific events, cultural, or event requirements (e.g., weddings, festivals).

2. Sourcing & Inventory Management

• Supplier Communication: Proactively source and place requests for fresh flowers with local or overseas suppliers.
• Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels, verify delivered goods, and reorder necessary supplies.
• Waste Reduction: Minimize material wastage through proper stock rotation and market analysis during peak demand seasons.

3. Operations & Customer Service

• Client Consultation: Discuss specific design requirements, length, and color schemes directly with customers or event planners.
• Order Fulfillment: Manage multiple orders, ensuring efficient production and timely delivery for events.
• Logistics Support: Package finished garlands securely and occasionally assist with on-site transportation or installation.
