Job Scope:

* Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations.

* Ensure good customer service and customer satisfaction.

* Monitor staff attendance, performance, and work schedules.

* Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally.

* Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are maintained.

* Assist in staff training and team management.

* Monitor inventory and coordinate stock ordering when required.

* Prepare daily sales and operational reports.
