We are looking for reliable and experienced Class 3 Van Drivers to join our growing logistics team based in Toh Guan East, Jurong. If you are punctual, professional and committed to delivering excellent service, we'd love to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collect Canon products(printer toners and cartridges) from Canon premises and verify all items against delivery documentation to ensure accuracy and safe handling.

• Deliver products to customers within assigned cluster zones(North, Central, South, East, West or Northeast). Obtain customer acknowledgment on delivery notes and upload Proof of Delivery (POD) via the company's mobile application.

• Perform ad-hoc collections from customer premises when required.

• Comply with all company policies, traffic regulations and workplace safety standards.

• Provide courteous and professional customer service at all times.

• Carry out any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management or supervisors as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in a related field.

• Must have a valid Class 3 Van License. (At least 2 years driving experience)

• Willing to work overtime when required to support operational needs.

• Candidates who can commence work immediately or in short notice will have an added advantage.

Remuneration Package:

• Basic Salary: $1,900 during probation and increasing to $2,100 upon successful confirmation.

• Driving Allowance: $10 per working day

• Meal Allowance: $10 per day for overtime exceeding 2 hours.

• Performance Incentive (Variable Allowance): $150 per month, based on performance appraisal.

• Attendance Incentive (Variable Allowance): $150 monthly for maintaining a good attendance record.

• Tenure allowance - Eligible upon completion of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd year of service, ranging from $150 to$500 per month.

• Eligible in accordance with company policy.

• Company-Provided Expenses: Cashcard claims, petrol and vehicle maintenance expenses are fully covered by the company.

• 12 days annual leave, 14days medical leave, Hospitalization leave, Child Care leave, Paternity Leave,Marriage Leave, Compassionate Leave

 Working hours: (5 days work week)

• Monday-Friday: 8am - 6pm (1-hour mandatory OT on Fridays included)
