Key Responsibilities
Reception & Front Desk Operations
Welcome and register visitors, guests, and contractors in a professional and courteous manner.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier deliveries, and parcel distribution.
Coordinate with courier service providers for collection, delivery, and tracking of shipments.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of local and international courier arrangements.
Maintain proper records of courier dispatches, deliveries, and acknowledgements.
Ensure the reception area remains tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
Manage visitor badges, access cards, and other front desk administrative matters.
Administrative Support
Maintain accurate documentation and records.
Assist with general office administrative duties as assigned.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and operations.
Follow established procedures and complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
Minimum N-Level qualification or higher.
At least 1 year of receptionist, front desk, customer service, courier coordination, or administrative experience.
Prior experience handling courier services, shipment coordination, or mailroom operations.
Ability to converse in Mandarin as the role involves liaising and communicating with a majority of Mandarin-speaking personnel and visitors.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
Well-organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
