We are looking for a hands-on Assistant Outlet Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service standards. You will be responsible for managing the team, driving sales performance, and maintaining food quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Oversee daily outlet operations and service flow
• Lead, train and schedule service and kitchen team
• Ensure food quality, hygiene and SOP standards are followed
• Monitor sales, manpower productivity and food cost control
• Manage inventory ordering and stock levels
• Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues
• Support marketing promotions and drive in-store sales
• Prepare simple outlet performance reports
Requirements
• Minimum 1 years experience in F&B supervisory or managerial role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Service-oriented and able to work in fast-paced environment
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Responsible, hands-on and positive working attitude
