Tasks and responsibilities:

Monitoring of the work of the robot using remote monitoring tools, and direct control of the robot in manual mode in certain cases.

Prompt response to problems that may arise during the robot's movement along the route and during the execution of orders.

Timely setup of robots to their production queues in accordance with the work schedule of the location.

Notation of all interventions done in accordance with an internal policy set by the client.

Monitoring of the technical condition of the robot with the help of available internal monitoring tools.

Communication with other remote operators and location support operators in text and voice messengers whenever needed, as well as reporting of emerging problems encountered during the shift.

Make sure that updates about processes are applied when rolled out.

Requirements:

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Preferably has work experience/background in the food delivery/robot delivery industry.

Preferably living in Rizal or Marikina area.

Flexible for any shift. Willing to work ONSITE (Cainta Office)

Excellent command of the English language (both in writing and speaking).

Should have critical thinking skills.

Should be tech-savvy.

Fast learner with a high level of comprehension.

Must be able to take initiative and be able to work and collaborate with teammates.

Must be willing to use TeamLogger or any productivity-measuring tools.
