Involve in Organization level critical projects - core placement project. SAP S/4HANA implementing to replace Insurance core system in phased approach
Involve in the project delivery of the remaining complex insurance products to be migrated to the new core system within the approved time frame and budget.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (for both internal and external team) to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines for successful live implementation
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress for successful implementation. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
Delegate project tasks to corresponding teams and junior staff members' based on their individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels.
Job Requirement
Candidate should possess a Professional Certificates, Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline
Proven experience leading organisation‑wide, mission‑critical projects, particularly core system replacement or modernization initiatives
Strong hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry
Demonstrated experience in legacy system to SAP core system migration, including phased implementation approaches
Strong leadership skills with experience delegating tasks based on team members’ strengths, skills, and experience level.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to establish trusted relationships, influence decision-making, manage expectations, and collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholder groups
