Contract Period: 1 year

Working Location: West Region

Working Hours: Mon-Thu: 8.30am - 6pm, Fri: 8.30am - 5.30pm

️ Key Responsibilities:

• Manage meeting coordination and administrative support, including scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups
• Handle records management and documentation upkeep, ensuring proper organisation and tracking
• Support report compilation and preparation of presentation materials
• Assist with operational processes, including procurement, claims, and basic budget tracking
• Coordinate events, meetings, and stakeholder engagements (both physical and virtual)

Requirements:

• Singaporean only
• Minimum diploma qualification with 2–5 years of relevant administrative/operations experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, Teams)
• Familiar with virtual meeting platforms (e.g. Zoom, Webex)
