Requirement

• 8–10 years of overall application development experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Technical Lead for Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service modules.
• Proven experience in at least one full end-to-end Dynamics 365 CRM implementation.
• Strong expertise in:
• Plugin Development
• Custom Workflow Activities
• JavaScript
• C#
• .NET Framework / .NET Core
• Dataverse
• Web API
• Power Platform
• Experience with CRM security model, business process flows, and solution management.
• Strong understanding of CRM architecture, deployment, and customization best practices.
