Minimum 4 years of HR experience in generalist and HR operations roles
Experience in startup, fintech or fast-paced environments is an advantage
Strong understanding of Malaysian labour laws and HR compliance
Exposure to Employment Pass (EP) and work visa processes is preferred
Comfortable working independently in a dynamic and evolving environment
Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to improve processes and workflows
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
岗位职责
Own end-to-end HR lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management and offboarding
Partner with business leaders on manpower planning and hiring needs
Manage HR operations including payroll coordination, employee records, attendance, leave and compliance
Own and oversee Employment Pass (EP) and work visa processes, including application coordination and compliance matters
Support workplace administration and office operations, including office supplies management, vendor coordination and ensuring smooth day-to-day office functionality
Oversee office services and facilities coordination to maintain a productive working environment
Support continuous improvement of HR policies, SOPs and operational processes for efficiency and scalability
Handle employee relations matters and support resolution of workplace issues
Support performance management cycles including probation reviews and appraisals
Analyse HR and workforce data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities
