We are seeking a highly skilled Program/Project Management Lead to oversee and drive our projects .The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex projects, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project teams to deliver on time and within budget.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure clear documentation of decisions and actions.
• Manage project resources and allocate them effectively to achieve project goals.

Skills and Qualifications

• 8-15 years of experience in program or project management roles.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
