Job Summary
Lead and manage building projects to ensure timely completion within budget while meeting contractual, client, and QEHS standards.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, monitor, and control building projects to meet contractual, client, and QEHS requirements
- Manage project schedules and budgets to ensure on-time completion within financial targets
- Lead and coordinate project teams by defining clear roles, responsibilities, and deliverables
- Oversee suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure compliance with QEHS standards, schedules, and cost controls
- Monitor construction productivity and recommend improvements to enhance work efficiency
- Prepare and maintain accurate site progress reports and all project documentation, including email communications
- Report project status regularly to management covering QEHS, cost, and schedule metrics
- Any other duties as assigned
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a project manager in building projects
- Degree in civil engineering, construction management, or equivalent
- Safety certification such as CSCPM
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project
- Possess Certified QM/CONQUAS Manager certification would be an added advantage
