About the role
Estek Automation Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled and organised Admin to join our dynamic team in Batu Kawan, Penang. As an Admin, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of our operations. This is a full-time position that will allow you to contribute to the success of our growing company.
What you'll be doing
Providing administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining records and databases
Assisting with the processing of invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents
Coordinating travel arrangements and logistics for the team
Answering and directing phone calls, as well as greeting and assisting visitors
Performing a variety of other clerical and administrative tasks as required
What we're looking for
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
Prior experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably in the Administration & Office Support industry
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality work
