About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Junior Business Development / Sales Executive to support sales growth and client engagement. This role is ideal for an associate professional who enjoys building relationships, managing opportunities, and working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver business solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end sales opportunities and support deal closure.
- Engage clients to understand their requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Collaborate with offshore delivery teams to prepare proposals and solution offerings.
- Prepare cost proposals, presentations, and business documents using standard templates.
- Coordinate with partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders for resource fulfillment.
- Support the preparation and closure of Statements of Work (SOWs), contracts, and related documentation with clients, suppliers, headquarters, and project resources.
- Maintain strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, IT, or a related discipline from a reputable university.
- Master's degree from NUS or SMU will be an advantage.
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Confident in client-facing environments and business discussions.
- Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents only.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
