Job Description

• Accurately process payroll for employees, ensuring compliance with local laws and company policies.
• Maintain and update payroll records, including employee data, benefits, and deductions.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and address employee inquiries in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the Human Resources department to ensure alignment on employee compensation details.
• Generate regular payroll reports and assist in financial audits as required.
• Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and implement necessary adjustments.
• Ensure timely submission of statutory payments and filings.
• Support the team in improving payroll processes and systems for greater efficiency.
  
  

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Junior Payroll Should Have

• A diploma or degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
• Familiarity with payroll systems and software tools.
• 0-2 years experience
• Basic knowledge of payroll laws and compliance requirements.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling numerical data.
• Good communication skills to interact with employees and stakeholders effectively.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvements.
• Must be able to read and write Mandarin
