The $500B+ global agency services market is old and broken, and AI just blew the supply side open: 100+ AI-native services launched in the past year alone, with no platform connecting buyers to the new shape of supply. That gap has been open for years. We're building the company that fills it.

Role summary
Fullstack Engineers at Matchii build the products, systems, and experiences that power our platform. You'll work directly with the founders to take ideas from concept to production, owning everything from frontend experiences and backend services to data models and AI-powered workflows.

We're looking for engineers who enjoy operating across the stack, thrive in ambiguity, and care deeply about product, users, and execution. Beyond writing code, you'll help shape our architecture, engineering culture, and the future direction of the company.

This is a high-impact role with significant ownership and the opportunity to help build a category-defining platform from day one.

What you'll own

• Build and ship product features across the full stack, from frontend experiences to backend services and AI-powered workflows.

• Work directly with founders to turn ideas into products and bring them to market quickly.

• Own the loop end-to-end—from problem discovery and solution design to implementation, deployment, measurement, and continuous improvement.

• Own projects end-to-end, including architecture, implementation, deployment, and iteration.

• Build scalable, reliable, and secure systems that support Matchii's growth.

• Maintain high engineering standards through clean code, testing, and thoughtful technical decisions.

• Leverage AI tools to improve both product capabilities and development velocity.

• Contribute to technical architecture, product direction, and engineering culture as an early team member.

Who we're looking for

• 6+ years of experience building and shipping production software across frontend and backend systems.

• Strong proficiency in modern web technologies, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure.

• Experience building AI-powered products, integrations, or workflows using modern AI tools and platforms.

• Ability to operate independently, make sound technical decisions, and thrive in fast-moving environments with ambiguity.

• Strong product mindset with a passion for solving customer problems through technology.

• Excited by startups, AI, platform businesses, and building products from zero to one.
