Responsibility and Authority

1. To diagnosis & fixdefect andprovide fault find failures and troubleshooting to ensure the equipment & site workplace are well maintained for safe and efficient operation.

2. Cleaning maintenance, checking, assemble, install, repairing, adjusting, testing, calibrating, regulating, fine-tuning and replace defective equipment lifts product to ensure operations and maintenance practices procedure are compliance with Safety Codes, Regulations & relevant department.

3. Maintain good communication and solving issues with manufacturers, suppliers, contractors, fellow colleague, relevant authorities and clients to ensure the factory, the activities and documentation are compliance statutory requirements and regulations.

4. To join meeting & audit and inspection activities. To attend training course for self-development of knowledge, skills and attitude to ensure effective job performance. Awareness about hazard & risk preventive working procedure & workplace & user safety.

5. Take good care & proper maintenance client’s property during visiting. Upkeep the use and inventories of parts, equipment, tools and company's assets safe to use and in good order.

6. Standby support service with standby allowance pay. May be required to work overtime when essential equipment needs repair; when emergency repairs need; or construction deadlines need to be met.

7. Daily regularly reporting, updating and submit work reports to your superior in a timely manner. To ensure validating driving licences, insurance & roadtax are valid.

8. To perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior / management.

Minimum Requirements

1. Education level : Degree / Diploma in mechanical, electrical or electronic engineering or equivalent.

2. Working Experience: minimum 3-5 years working experience in elevator field.

3. Special Skill: Knowledge on electrical / Mechanical.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
