岗位职责

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new international B2B clients, regional distributors, and project stakeholders.
  • Execute strategic cold outreach, lead generation campaigns, and corporate networking to secure introductory pipeline meetings.
  • Manage early-stage client relationships, present our company's corporate profiles, and pitch our 30-year market credibility.

Essential Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or any related field.
  • Minimum 2-3+ years of experience in B2B corporate sales, international business development, or lead generation.
  • Excellent command of Mandarin and English (both spoken and written) to confidently handle international business presentations and cold negotiations with Mandarin-speaking regional clients.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a highly resilient and proactive mindset.
  • Must possess own transportation and be flexible to travel or align working hours with international time zones when required

核心职责:

  • 通过精准的陌生拜访、商务引流活动及企业社交网络,积极获取并锁定意向客户的初步对接会议。
  • 负责前期客户关系的维系与管理,全方位宣讲公司的企业形象,并完美展示我们30年的市场公信力与品牌优势。
  • 与内部的高级销售工程师团队无缝对接,将筛选出的高质量意向客户及企业项目简报进行商务交接。

任职要求:

  • 拥有工商管理、市场营销、国际贸易或相关专业的专科或学士学位。
  • 具备至少 2 至 3 年以上 B2B 企业销售、国际业务拓展或商务引流相关经验。
  • 具备出色的中英文双语沟通及听说读写能力,能够自信地与海外中文客户及区域利益相关方进行商务宣讲和深度商务谈判。
  • 拥有极强的沟通技巧、商务谈判能力和人际关系缔结能力,心理抗压能力强,工作主动性高。
  • 必须自备交通工具,并能根据工作需要灵活配合出差或因应对接国际时差。

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • B2B corporate sales or international business development: 2 years (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 25% (Required)
