Key Responsibilities
Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions efficiently and accurately
Prepare and process invoices, payments, receipts, and other accounting-related documents
Assist in month-end closing and preparation of financial reports
Perform account reconciliations and ensure accounting records are accurate and up-to-date
Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal departments regarding accounting and payment matters
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
Support daily finance and accounting operations and assist with ad hoc assignments
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Experience in AP, AR, bookkeeping, or accounting functions is an added advantage
Fresh graduates with a strong interest in accounting are encouraged to apply
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Able to communicate in Mandarin and English to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and numerical skills
Responsible, organized, and able to meet deadlines
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
